President Ilene’s Report – The District Grand for 2017-2018 is in and applied for. It will be our sponsoring of a virtual reality experience for the Middle School event in September, if approved.
Rotary District 7890 has informed us that they have leftover funds from 2016-2017 District Grand and will be giving us $1988 instead of $1491 to reimburse us for our grant for vets this year.
Treasurer’s Report – Balance of $3202.75 does not include funds from 2016 Road Race of $1988 coming back for 2016 district grant.
Mail included letters from Summerfest, the Garden Club and the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. There was a motion and approval to send $250 to the Garden Club. We have already sent $500 to the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp.
Pat Collin reported on a successful Rotary Track Invitational.
Sue reported that there were 15 balloon bouquets delivered to Evergreen residents.
The Golf Tournament was discussed, and we will have more at meeting on the 17th and also have a special meeting if necessary just before the tournament.
