Rotary Club of Stafford will meet to celebrate and honor the nominated Students of the Month from Stafford High School at our monthly meeting at the West Stafford Fire Department. Dinner will be provided at a cost of $5 per person (Rotary members and guests) via cash at the event. Please RSVP by Friday, January 27th - all Rotary members are encouraged to attend.

Join other current and potential business owners from Stafford at Four Seasons by the Lake to enjoy cocktails and make connections. Refreshments and light hor d'ourves will be served and the main presentation will commence at 6:15 p.m. Carl Rosa, Field Services Director, for CT Main Street Center will lead a conversation focused on downtown revitalization and the 4-Point approach to Main Street management - economic vitality, design, promotion, & organization.

This event is designed for Stafford-based businesses of all sizes and types, entrepreneurs, developers and investors. More than networking, the evening will provide an opportunity for you to learn, ask questions, and offer input on how to contribute to Stafford's success.

The Stafford Rotary Club is helping sponsor and participating in the Stafford Community Wide Cleanup! This event invites all citizens to join in a grassroots spring-cleaning movement on Saturday, April 22, 2023. Families, friend groups, neighbors, civic organizations, and businesses are invited to join forces by picking up litter from yards, parks, streets, open spaces, waterways, and other public areas. All registered participants will receive free cleanup kits – designated collection bags, gloves, and safety vests – and access to no-cost event day trash disposal. Volunteers are encouraged to choose a location that is important to them.

The goal is to help beautify our town, unify neighbors for a rewarding and productive day, and make Stafford a more enjoyable place to live and play!

Everyone that participates in cleaning efforts is also invited to attend a celebratory appreciation picnic in Hyde Park from 12:00pm - 2:00pm with food, music, and Earth Day-inspired activities.

Rotary Club of Stafford will meet on Wednesday, May 3rd to celebrate and honor the nominated Students of the Month from Stafford High School at our monthly meeting at the West Stafford Fire Department. This is the last Student of the Month celebration for the 22-23 school year. Dinner will be provided (sandwiches from Big Y, chips, desserts) at a cost of $5 per person (Rotary members only) via cash at the event. Rotary members will also provide dessert - please email Laura at laura.lybarger@gmail.com with what you will be bringing. Our regular meeting will immediately follow the celebration.

Join us for a day of golf at Cedar Knob Golf Course in Somers, CT! In addition to entry into the 48th Annual Rotary Club of Stafford Golf Tournament, all registered golfers will be provided with use of a Golf Cart, a Lunch Ticket, a Bar Ticket, a Social Hour Ticket, a Dinner Ticket, and a Gift Bag. During registration, golfers can also purchase contest and raffle tickets for a chance to win great prizes!*

Stafford SummerFest & Fireworks returns on June 28, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. to kick off summer with live music from Loveland Hill Band, sought-after food trucks, lawn games, fun activities, and a dazzling pyrotechnics display. A cornerstone town event, all activities will take place at the campus at Stafford High School. 

The Rotary of the Club of Stafford will sell bottled water and bubbles at our Summerfest tent as well as talk about the various projects we do in the Town of Stafford. We need 2 volunteers for each time slot on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at Stafford High School.

• The last shift of volunteers will be responsible for packing up the items.
• Volunteers should ensure that all items are properly packed and accounted for.
