Representatives from Rotary Club of Stafford, CT attend District 7890 Annual Conference in Southbridge, MA
On April 29 & 30, 2022, representatives from Rotary Club of Stafford, CT attended the District Conference held at the Southbridge Hotel & Conference Center. The conference was an opportunity for members to meet representatives from other Rotary clubs in the area, exchange ideas, and attend informative workshops. Topics presented included Human Trafficking, How to obtain Global Grants, and Your Club's Public Image. In addition, guest speaker Louisa Horne from Nova Scotia discussed member retention and recruitment and guest speaker Michael McGovern talked about Rotary International's efforts to eradicate Polio throughout the world. Rotary club members also danced the night away and solved a mystery during dinner while making new friends!
