14 May 2025 May 2025 Student of the Month May 14, 2025 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. The Rotary Club of Stafford will hold its Student of the Month Celebration on Wednesday, May 14th at the Stafford Library, where we will recognize and honor four Students of the Month from West Stafford School and Stafford Elementary School. Dinner, including pizza, salad, and desserts, will be provided (Rotary members - please bring $5 each payable in cash at the event). Rotary members are asked to contribute desserts—please email staffordrotaryct@gmail.com with what you plan to bring. Please RSVP by Tuesday, May 13th. All Rotary members are encouraged to attend this special end of the year event!!
17 May 2025 Stafford Child Safety Day May 17, 2025 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. 4th Annual Stafford Child Safety Day Invitation: West Stafford School is partnering with safety and community organizations to hold our 4th Annual Stafford Child Safety Day on Saturday, May 17, 2025. This free public event will be held rain or shine at Stafford High School in Stafford Springs, CT. In fair weather, we will be outside in an open field. In poor weather, we will move inside Stafford High School. At West Stafford School, the education and safety of children in our school and community is paramount. Statistics show that injuries from accidents are the leading cause of death for children in the United States. Safety education for parents and children is a key component for such injury prevention.
